Building a family home
For an Irish-Romanian family I've been a consultant for the build of their family home. The house will be build in an area which is full of orchards, and fairly recently reclassified as construction land inside a village near Sibiu.
It will be just big enough to have all the necessary functions in a comfortable setting, while staying in harmony with the natural surroundings. They will make use of energy efficient materials and technical solutions whenever possible.
I assisted them getting started with obtaining the building permit and necessary documents.
